Roles & Responsibilities
Join us in this newly created role as a Senior Finance Specialist and make your mark in a growing regional team.
What You’ll Do
- Review expense and payment documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the company’s financial approval processes
- Execute daily global payments for the Group (including Singapore, Germany, the UK, etc.)
- Confirm revenue receipts (e.g., matching customer payments, following up on irregularities), and assist customer service teams in processing refunds
- Track daily cash balances of assigned accounts; execute intra- / inter-country fund transfers according to the Group’s cash pooling requirements and support overseas fund concentration system maintenance
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and month-end closing activities; provide financial records for annual audits
- Handle the opening and closing of bank accounts
- Issue customer invoices
- Review payment risk controls for incoming receivables
- Manage accounts receivable workflows, including data preparation, deduction tracking, and dispute resolution
- Take on additional duties and projects to support the team and business objectives
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance-related roleFluency in spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterpartsProficient in Microsoft Office and with basic data analysis capabilitiesDetail-oriented, responsible, and strong in risk awareness and problem-solving skillsThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen for 2 weeks to 1 month
