Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with at least 6 years’ PQE to join our leading aviation finance team in Singapore.

It is imperative that candidates for this role are confident to deliver the scope of work that our aviation practice covers and must present a strong background in working with aircraft lessors and financial institutions on structured financing, operating lease and aircraft trading transactions.

Other key requirements for the role include :

• Project management skills including the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Want to fit into the Firm’s culture of being collaborative, enterprising, inquisitive and hard-working
