PMI (Post Merger Integration), Value Creation & Transformation – Director / Snr Manager – SG / KL or BKK

Exciting opportunity for an ex Strategy consultant specialised in Post-merger integrations, required to work on strategic acquisitions and their subsequent integration into the wider group. You will work closely with the Board and Private Equity investors and other senior stakeholders across the group.

The Position :

Target and assessment of potential acquisitions looking in detail at financial and profitability analysis
Drive commercial and operational integration across acquired businesses
Implement synergy plans in detail, across revenue, and cost savings
Assess the work required for homogenous Governance, Compliance and Cyber Security
Make the case for how potential acquisitions can expand (GTM strategy, launching in new markets etc.)
Drive transformation and change management initiatives across acquired businesses. This will include Finance, Operations, HR / Personnel and commercial functions

You :

MUST HAVE - 7 – 12 years’ experience across Post-merger integration, change management and transformation programs . M&A experience is a plus.

Ideally some Industry experience in either Healthcare, Pharma or Medical Devices, but not a deal breaker.

Min 5 years in a top tier strategy consulting firm working on similar projects

Ideally 5+ years Healthcare industry experience in a Strategy / Transformation role

Competent Commercial and Operational due diligence and financial modeling skills.

Experience of working with Private Equity Investment and Value Creation teams an advantage.
