As a consultant in the Enterprise Consulting team (part of Enterprise Strategic Business Group), you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on technology strategy & digital transformation. You will engage with senior clients, NCS client & delivery teams, technology experts to provide insights & recommendations on technology roadmaps, operating models & technology transformation

As a Lead Consultant in the Enterprise Consulting team (part of Enterprise Strategic Business Group), you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on technology strategy & digital transformation. You will engage with senior clients, NCS client & delivery teams, technology experts to provide insights & recommendations on technology roadmaps, operating models & technology transformation

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, IT operating models & outsourcing strategies enabling transformative outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end engagements spanning origination, pre-sales and consulting across diverse industries.
  • You will be providing strategic advice on both early-stage opportunities and technology consulting engagements. You will distil understanding of client’s challenges & articulate a compelling value proposition & business / IT benefit of proposed solutions.
  • Independently lead engagements, own development of deliverables & coach project team
  • Actively build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, NCS account teams, SMEs) to deliver persuasive consulting deliverables & drive impactful decision-making.
  • Be a strategic thinker and craft insightful POVs on the future of technology to serve client’s needs.
  • You will be taking the lead in shaping a growing, dynamic and enterprising team

The ideal candidate should possess :

  • 10-15 years in technology strategy & transformation in a leading consulting firm
  • Hands-on experience in successfully leading at least 3 technology strategy / transformation project teams
  • Demonstrated ability to support on complex deals & engagements and manage large number of stakeholders
  • Deep knowledge of technology (AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation etc) with experience in bridging how technology can future-proof client’s businesses.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to look at the big picture, with a pro-active & creative mindset
  • Expertise in working in a VUCA environment to frame strategic challenges, applying consulting frameworks and latest technology practices to crafting succinct value propositions
  • Mastery in communication skills (written & spoken) that includes story lining & client facing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and result oriented environmenBachelor's / Master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent.
