Job descriptionBCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS Min 3 yrs experience in the supervision of C&S / Architectural works preferably in HDB BTO projects
Roles & Responsibilities
- to carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act
- to co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works
- verify that the Contractor’s defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of HDB;
- monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set;
- Keep proper site documentation and records
