Roles & Responsibilities

An industry-leading organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple business and technical domains. This is a confidential hire for a critical role supporting digital transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific.

How You Will Create an Impact :

  • Partner with internal teams and senior leadership to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Oversee vendor onboarding, performance, and delivery outcomes to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Drive quality assurance and governance across software development lifecycles.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to SDLC, IT, and security governance standards.
  • Define and track delivery KPIs, manage risks, and maintain operational excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead project planning and execution—define scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Build and manage high-performing internal and vendor development teams.
  • Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Foster clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Manage change, risk, and quality assurance processes to ensure project success.
  • Deliver software that meets business goals and exceeds stakeholder expectations.

    • What You Bring :

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using .Net or Java technologies.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for stakeholder engagement across functions.
  • Adaptive and resilient in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience managing regional or multi-country tech programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level IT governance.
  • Fluency in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
