Job Title :

BIM Modeller (1 Position)

Location : East Area, Singapore

Salary Range :

S$5,000 - S$6,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller to support large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design engineering or Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and be proficient in using BIM tools across various project phases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Support project teams with BIM implementation, coordination, and clash detection.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM deliverables.
  • Conduct model reviews using various BIM software and generate reports for project coordination.
  • Participate in design and construction coordination meetings.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in design engineering, construction, or IDD project management.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on BIM experience, with prior roles as a Project-level BIM Manager and BIM Modeller in large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Successfully completed at least one full project cycle (design or construction phase).
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Certified with Specialist Diploma in BIM (BCA Academy) and / or other recognized BIM authoring software courses by authorized training providers. Alternatively, certified with Digital Delivery Lead (DDM Tier 2) .
  • Proficient in BIM software such as : Navisworks Manage , Solibri Office , VRCollab , Navigator , Bentley Software , etc.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

    • Eligibility :

  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
  • Willing to work in the East area of Singapore. Project in Changi.
