We are currently looking for a Production Communications Lead to support the Zone Communications Director.
The Production Communications Lead plays a key role in developing a culture of internal communication in production. In partnership with studio Communications and Publishing / Brand teams, you will support the positioning of high stakes projects with key internal audiences through compelling and consistent narratives and content. You will also be a vital player in supporting core teams around sensitive communications and establishing best practices in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Craft engaging internal comms narratives for key projects, emphasizing creativity, innovation, production excellence and predictability, in partnership with Product and / or Brand Directors.
- Collaborate with the Production Director and Studio Comms teams to ensure that zone projects and production narratives (zone roadmap) are accurately leveraged in communications at zone, studio, and group levels.
- Plan and coordinate engagement campaigns tailored to the diverse studio audiences, aligning with group priorities and leveraging production synergies and studio expertise.
- Co-develop multi-studio campaigns with HR on topics related to HR and employee relations.
- Foster alignment and mutual sharing of best practices across studios.
- Establish tools and processes to ensure optimal collaboration with stakeholders involved in studio communications.
- Align best practices across the zone (and from other zones) by defining and sharing general guidelines on specific topics, processes, and tools.
- Define collaboration standards across key processes involving studio-based project communication experts (in studio communications or Prod Marketing teams), Global Publishing and Global Communications.
- Contribute to product external communication campaigns by providing guidance and support on messaging and spokesperson training, when necessary.
- Ensure production partnerships ("co-development") are highlighted throughout the development cycle and during project marketing campaigns. This may involve redefining existing rules in coordination with other zones, headquarters, and Global Publishing.
- Anticipate and manage crisis and sensitive communications related to studio projects in close collaboration with studio teams.
- Interface with Global Communications and Global Publishing teams for issues management.
Qualifications :
Solid experience in communications, within an international environment, ideally supporting brands / production projects.Proven experience in designing and managing internal communication campaigns, ideally within studios and in an international environment.Previous experience supporting a Core team for communication needs is a plus.Strong knowledge of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with studio teams, marketing, and headquarters.Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex activities simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Acute sense of confidentiality and ability to manage sensitive information.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in communication tools such as SharePoint and the Office suite.
