Job descriptionRESPONSIBLE FOR ALLOCATED SITE PROFITABILITY; SUPERVISED GROUP OF WORKERS AND SUPERVISORS AT SITE; LIASION WITH SALES DEPARTMENT IN HANDLING OVER OF SECURED JOB; GETTING DRAFTER TO AMEND AND UPDATE DRAWING FOR SUBMISSION TO M N E AND ARCHITECTS; SUBMIT AND NEGOTIATE FOR VO TO IMPROVE ON PROFITABILITY; ENSURE FUNDS INFLOW AGAINST OUTFLOW FOR ALLOCATED SITE; MAINTAIN RAPPORT WITH DEVELOPER, ARCHITECTS N M & E CONSULTANT; MAKE SURE THAT WORK PROGRESS AT SITE IS IN LINE WITH SITE PROGRESS STATUS; PREFERABLY HAVE QUANTITY SURVEYOR EXPEREINCE; EQUIPPED WITH AT LEAST CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE; ATTEND SITE SHOWROUND WHEN REQUIRED; IT SAVY ESPECIALLY WITH MICROSOFT WORDS, EXCEL AND PPT; HANDS ON IN PROVIDING TRAINING ESPECIALLY TO NEW WORKERS; IMPLEMENTATION OF SITE SAFETY IN ACCORDANCE TO MOM REGULATIONS; IDENTIFY WORKERS STRENGTH AND RECOMMEND FOR UPGRADING FOR DESERVING ONES; SUMBISSION N MONITOR OF MONTHLY PROGRESS PAYMENT.
