The Tactical Operation Specialist will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and field engineering teams for specific products. The holder of this position will oversee the provision of technical (hardware / software / process / application) expertise to customers and the field engineering team. The goal is to ensure all field technical queries and problems are satisfactorily closed down within the agree customer service levels.

Qualification & Skills :
Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or Diploma with proven experienceMinimum 2 years experience as a field support engineer, machine control engineer, development engineer or technical support engineering covering sophisticated capital equipmentExperience in delivering service / user training to groups of various sizes in personExperience of systems used in similar bioprocess applications is highly desirableEffective customer facing skillsAccurate technical writing skillsAbility to manage meetings effectivelyStrong, effective communication skillsTeam player
