Risk Control Manager

1. Responsible for monitoring and handling the company's business risks.

2. Understand and master the company's various business and risk control policies, and review business initiation processes.

3. Conduct early warning processing for deposit, loan, and transaction businesses.

4. Continuously optimize monitoring systems and risk control policies.

5. Monitor changes in industry laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements; update corresponding response mechanisms and systems.

6. Support work for middle and back-office departments.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Requirements :

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.

2. Familiar with financial business and various trading software.

3. Strong risk awareness, quick learner, good communication and coordination skills.

4. Calm personality, rigorous work ethic, and team spirit.

5. Experience in transaction risk control in finance is preferred.

6. Securities and futures qualification certificate is preferred.
