Aftersales Customer Service Specialist (Luxury Watch Brand) - 1 year contract

Location : Town / Central

Attractive Salary Package : Basic + Annual Bonus

Employment Type : Full-time (5 days a week), Renewable contract to Permanent Position

Work Hours : 9 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose

Our prestigious client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Advisor to support our store staff. Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, you will be the face of our after-sales service, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Assessments & Services :

Provide professional technical assessments and services for all after-sales service and repair needs, utilizing the expertise of the client's watchmakers and the regional Customer Service Centre.

Request Prioritization :

Collaborate with the boutique team to prioritize all after-sales service and repair requests from customers.

Timely Completion :

Ensure timely completion of all after-sales services and repairs within stipulated timelines.

Customer Service :

Deliver excellent and personalized customer service to all customers in person, on the phone, and via email. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.

Coordination & Communication :

Maintain smooth coordination and communication with both the retail team and customers for all services and repairs handled.

Key Requirements

  • A customer-centric and people-oriented mindset
  • A positive, can-do attitude coupled with the ability to remain firm when necessary
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or SAV frontline role
  • Strong follow-up skills and initiative to resolve customer service or work-related issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Amicable and outgoing personality
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
