Talent Acquisition Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Talent Acquisition Lead (SG-focused role), to complement the existing Talent Acquisition team's bench strength. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Singapore. There is a hybrid work arrangement in place. In this role, lead a small team and report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition team lead focused on a high-volume of hiring, you will drive and implement high-impact recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring initiatives across the organization. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires you to be in close collaboration with business leaders, the wider HR team, and external vendors / partners to meet hiring targets.

You will need to leverage data and market insights to continuously optimize the various hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill. A key part of your role will be to be a team player and work collaboratively with your Talent Acquisition team members to build and manage talent pipelines, implement scalable recruitment campaigns, and champion employer branding efforts. You will also play a critical role in driving process improvements across the TA function, or to take on various TA projects.

Ideal Profile

The client is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional (minimally 8 years of experience) with a strong track record in volume hiring, preferably within fast-paced industries such as retail, facilities management, logistics. Experience in managing strategies aimed at supporting high-volume recruitment is essential. You are data-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in dynamic environments. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and have a passion for delivering results.

There is a competitive base salary of up to SGD130k / annum (the salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications), on top of a target bonus.
