Job description

Working Hours :

  • Monday - Friday : 8.00AM - 5.30AM
  • Saturday : 8.00AM - 12.30PM
  • 5.5 days work weeks

Job Description :

  • Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure that drawings meet client's request.
  • Draft out Plans & Layouts (example; furniture plan, lighting and electrical layouts)
  • Technical / Carpentry Drawings (example; elevation and detail drawings)
  • Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancement.
  • Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.
  • Assist in meetings
  • Other ad-hoc duties

    • Requirements :

  • Must possess a recognized degree in Bachelor of Architecture.
  • At least 1-2 years experience in designing of high & low rise residential, retail & commercial, hotels, industrial buildings.
  • Able to do construction drawings.
  • Able to take accurate site measurement and incorporate them into drawings.
  • Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, V-Ray, Mood Board
  • Good knowledge of building regulations and codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Passionate about design and enthusiasm to deliver the very best for our clients.
  • Encourage and promote high standards of design and efficient ways of working.
  • Willing to travel overseas when required.
