We are looking for a dynamic individual to conceptualise, plan and execute marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional strategies for our mall.
Responsibilities :
- Enhance customer experience through mall wide promotions and campaigns to drive shoppers' and tourist traffic, and increase tenant sales
- Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, events and other related promotional activities for the mall, and ensure effective communication and publicity of the initiatives
- Liaise with creative & media agencies, contractors, vendors and event companies to ensure the successful running of projects and events
- Good grasp of digital / social media marketing; identifying trends, insights, optimise spend and maintain good social media presence.
- Liaise with tenants on promotions / events and provide marketing assistance.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Management of causal leasing spaces to ensure a healthy take up rate and achieve the yearly KPIs
- Drive mall's loyalty programme through effective loyalty marketing and rewards catalogue curation
- Oversee and train customer service staff to ensure smooth daily operation
- Track and manage marketing budget and achieve KPI targets.
Requirements :
Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications within a retail environmentExperience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCreative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-taskAble to adapt to a fast-working environment
