The Position
We are looking for 2x committed Customer Service Executives to join our vibrant automotive team. Training provided!
Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction
- Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and seamless post-accident assistance
- Coordinate with insurance companies on survey schedules
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-ups
- Exhibit strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
