Job descriptionThe Aftersales Service Manager will oversee the aftersales service team across the territories where the Technical Group operates, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Relevant certifications in equipment maintenance and repair are advantageous.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a technical service or aftersales support role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing service operations and spare parts sales.
- Experience with compressors and rotating equipment is preferred.
