Senior HR Executive
- Working Timing : 8 : 00am - 5 : 30pm Mon- Fri
- Working Location : Kranji Way
- Salary : $4000 - $5000
Responsibilities
Manage manpower planning, recruitment budget, cost and the entire recruitment process from developing sourcing strategies, placing advertisements, pre-screening, interviewing, and conducting reference checks on potential new hires.Facilitate the on-boarding process by preparing the letter of appointment, work pass application, pre-employment medical check-up, and coordinate with the respective departments;Review hiring decisions, prepare salary proposal and ensure compensation equity;Provide day to day support to meet the operational needs including leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance appraisal exercise and retention programmeHandling staff disciplinary issues and grievances.Spearhead all recruitment efforts, including career fair, campus recruitment and etc.Involve in reviewing and implementation of HR processes such as manpower planning, recruitment, compliance with local legislation and labour laws;Review and develop HR policies relating to employment and recruitment;Participate in MOM surveys and etc.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in handling recruitment function for Executive level & aboveExperience in handling high volume of recruitment activitiesLee Wan Ling | Reg No : R23116154
