Communicate any changes or modifications to the job scope to both contractors and customers.
Coordinate with contractors to optimize workflow and minimize project delays.
Communicate any schedule adjustments to all relevant parties.
Generate regular reports on project progress, budget adherence, and any issues or challenges encountered.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly with contractors and other team members.
