Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery arrangements
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a professional manner
Support the sales team in preparing reports and tracking sales performance
Assist with after-sales service and follow-up when required
Requirements :
Fresh Grad Welcome
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with social media marketing
