Responsibilities :
- Manage production planning and scheduling
- Perform Process and Equipment troubleshooting
- Purchase and inventory control
- Manage and schedule plant maintenance activities (Routine / SDM) and routine calibrations
- Commissioning and evaluation of systems
- Attend to customer complaints and feedback
- Ensure Department Targets & Objectives is achieved and sustainable.
- Identify & Initiate Measures to Improve Work Procedures & Equipment Performance on Productivity / QEHS Aspect.
- Liaison with Sales department for order fulfillment
- Perform root cause analysis, Failure mode and effect analysis and Risk assessment
- Assist in maintenance and updating of Process & Instrumentation Drawing
- Maintain and upkeep Equipment and Facilities Records
- Conduct training with for new procedure and equipment
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements :
