Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA / CPA qualification or equivalent is a must. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm from a Financial Services background. Proficiency in financial systems and tools (, Excel, ERP systems). Excellent analytical, organizational, andmunication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the month-end close process and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports , including reconciliations, balance sheets, ie statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to generate insights and forecasts that support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and post journal entries , manage invoice processing , and oversee payment and collection cycles .
- Assist in the Group consolidation and ensure timely Group financial reporting .
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors , providing necessary documentation for financial andpliance audits.
- Prepare and submit GST returns inpliance with local tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
