Job description

Contract Duration : Yearly renewable or convertible to permanent based on performance and project needs (current term until 31 December 2025)

Work Location : CBD

Work Hours : Monday to Fridays, office hours

Background :

You will be part of a team that handle inbound enquiries and conducting structured interviews. This role offers exposure to a full spectrum of learning experiences, including formal training, practical application of communication techniques, and opportunities to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your work directly supports the integrity of critical national-level data used for public policy and planning.

Responsibilities :

  • Respond to incoming survey enquiries through calls and emails in a professional and service-oriented manner
  • Guide respondents through survey completion, addressing questions and providing clarification as needed
  • Conduct survey interviews via phone and assist individuals who require follow-up to complete their responses
  • Accurately compile and input collected data into the system in accordance with established procedures
  • Verify submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected
  • Identify inconsistencies in responses and apply appropriate questioning to clarify
  • Interpret survey questions and explain their intent to support respondent understanding
  • Escalate complex queries when necessary and ensure timely follow-through
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to the supervisor
  • Ensure project timelines and key performance indicators are met

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a call centre, contact centre, or related environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals from diverse backgrounds in a clear and professional manner
  • Comfortable with both phone-based and in-person outreach, with training and support provided
  • Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple cases and follow-ups efficiently
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and interested in contributing to projects with national impact
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Office or similar systems
