Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

1. Channel Strategy and Expansion :

  • Develop and implement Kingdee's overseas market channel sales strategy, develop and manage overseas channel partners, and ensure the achievement of business goals;

2. Channel system construction :

  • Establish an overseas strategic partner system, classify partners operation, and ensure healthy and sustainable business development;
  • Participate in formulating cooperation guidelines including support, promote and development of core regional partners for overall regional business units;
  • Collaborate with partners in various regions to plan and execute sales activities, and facilitate the achievement of sales targets.
  • 3. Channel management and coordination :

  • Maintain channel cooperation relationships and promote the deep integration of partner capabilities and company products;
  • Partner empowerment and pre-sales support, providing training, business guidance, and continuous empowerment for overseas partners to enhance their abilities in product promotion and market development;
  • Lead the full process management of overseas channel partners, track their performance indicators, analyze market demand and competitive dynamics, and optimize cooperation strategies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Job requirements :

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience and 3 years in a team management role.
  • Experience in overseas market sales, software ecosystem channel management, and industry-leading is preferred;
  • Open mindedness, innovative mindset, and good business thinking ability, able to find entry points in complex business environments and quickly establish connections with target groups;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, execution ability, logical analysis ability, and project management ability, adept at integrating resources to achieve goals;
  • Proficient in English and open to overseas business trips.
