Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Data Analyst Executive :

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in full project lifecycles, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, map current workflows, and define future-state solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications while aligning with data governance standards.
  • Maintain documentation such as business process flows, data dictionaries, and technical records.
  • Present insights, findings, and project progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Identify and support opportunities for data-driven innovations, products, and services.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers to define data sourcing needs, validate data quality, and ensure pipeline reliability.
  • Partner with Data Scientists on analytics projects by providing business context and supporting model deployment.
  • Identify and propose improvements in data analytics processes.
  • Explore tools and solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) to enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights aligned with digital transformation efforts.
  • Translate findings into clear dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide analytics for ongoing improvements.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • Strong skills in business process mapping, documentation, and use case development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to link insights to business goals.
  • Proactive learner, able to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and processes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic machine learning concepts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Salary : Up to SGD 4,800 +AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
  • Working Location :  Yishun
  • Working Hours : 5 Days Work, Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.30pm
