Job description

Responsibilities :

  • To assist Accounts Manager on day to day accounting functions.
  • Perform invoicing and credit note issuance
  • Timely preparation of Sales reports
  • Verify supplier's invoices, site delivery order
  • Perform data entry into system, payment vouchers and etc
  • Handle day-to-day adminsitrative and accounting work
  • Proficient in Xero or abss (myob) is an advantage

Reqirements :

Minimum GCE N / O level

Accounting knowledge is a must

Able to meet deadlines

Able to communicate in English

Cheerful with good inter-personal and communication skills

Willing to learn and positive working attitude

Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
