Choose materials carefully to guarantee process compatibility and mechanical durability.
Create precise fixtures, jigs, and tooling that enable high-yield, high-accuracy packing processes.
Produce and oversee comprehensive engineering drawings, 3D models, and structural analyses.
Work together with Quality, Process, and Manufacturing Engineers to guarantee Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and smooth integration.
Encourage efforts to continuously enhance design processes, tooling, and product resilience.
Ensure all mechanical designs comply with internal quality standards and external regulations, including Singapore's workplace safety and environmental requirements.
Job Requirements :
A degree or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field from a reputable university.
Prior expertise with mechanical design, preferably in the semiconductor or high-precision equipment industries.
Proficient in one or more CAD tools, including Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro-E, and AutoCAD.
