Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Architectural / Engineering field or equivalent, or BCA recognized certificate in drafting knowledge. Experienced in AUTOCAD / BIM software. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying industry. Independent with good communication skill. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Language but is not compulsory. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete construction drawings using AutoCaD and BIM software.
- Revise drawings based on instructions from Project Manager.
- Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.
- Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
