Job Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Operations & Support Enginee r to provide onsite technical support for end-user devices and systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware / software issues, maintaining IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

- Working Location : Novena
- Working Hours : Mon-Fri
- Salary Package : Up to $6500 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities :
Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devicesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS operating systems and standard softwareHandle user account setup, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory / O365Support AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and meeting room IT setupsCoordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty servicesMaintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions using ticketing systemsPerform IT equipment inventory and ensure compliance with IT policiesRequirements :
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of deskside or IT support experienceStrong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)Good communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and support VIP usersBy submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec's Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com / privacy-policy).
