Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate potential transactions.
  • Support in developing business cases.
  • Run financial models.
  • Assist in formulating proposal of deal structures.
  • Manage post-transaction integration matters.
  • Conduct due diligence.
  • Ensure all documents are prepared and submitted on time.

Requirements :

  • A recognized degree in Accountancy or Banking & Finance.
  • At least 5 years of private equity / investment banking experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good transaction execution skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Good finance and accounting skills; high quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ambitious, driven and take initiatives to get things done.
  • High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Knowledge of South East Asia private equity market is a plus.
