Responsible to provide support on the Automation System.
To attend and carry out fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems from breakdowns.
To perform routine preventive maintenance as per scheduled by maintenance planner.
Responsible to update and create Job Aids as and when is needed.
Responsible to carry instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
Responsible to perform backup and restore machine program.
To execute work order and record job performed via Maximo System.
Requirements :
Higher NITEC / Diploma from Instrumentation & Control / Mechatronics Engineering.
1-2 years of experience working in pharmaceutical / healthcare manufacturing facility and automation machines.
Understanding on SCADA / HMI systems and / or pick&place systems.
Keen to perform troubleshooting, programming, and modifying PLCs.
Knowledge of field instruments (temperature & pressure transmitters, control valves) with the ability to perform simple calibration and troubleshooting.
Able to reading and interpreting maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, P&ID diagrams, and electrical schematics to perform servicing, troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.
Able to perform 12 hours shift work.
