As a Digital Project Manager for Banking Channels at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation initiatives for our banking clients. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects that enhance digital banking channels, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing end-to-end project management for digital banking channel initiatives, including mobile banking, online banking, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, marketing, and compliance, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing risk management strategies to ensure project success.
- Tracking project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conducting regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital banking.
- Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring successful deployment of digital banking solutions.
- Continuously analyzing project outcomes and recommending improvements for future projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in project management, particularly in digital banking or financial services.Strong understanding of digital banking channels and user experience design.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with regulatory requirements related to digital banking.
