Job Title : (Senior) Application Support Developer

Our client empowers corporations and individuals around the globe with the ability to go green and do their part in limiting the environment from further climate change.

They can help support and contribute to more sustainable and renewable energy sources by purchasing renewable energy certificates (RECs) using our reliable trading platform powered by cutting-edge blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.

They provide a TRUSTED end-to-end service for our clients, from RECs qualified by the global registry, buyers-sellers fast matching, post-sale ownership verification, and easy RECs retirement to trading fraud prevention.

We are looking for an Application Support Developer to monitor and maintain the efficiency of our software applications. In this position, your tasks will include reporting to our senior software engineering team, collaborating with colleagues, and performing successful code migration. You will also be required to provide IT support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.

Requirements :

A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.

3+ years of relevant working experience.

Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.

Advanced knowledge of back-end programming languages such as C# and .NET Core framework. Familiar with front-end frameworks like VueJs, ReactJs, and AngularJs.

Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.

Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients.

Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.

Strong written and spoken capability in English

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Comfortable with working in a startup environment.

Exceptional communication skills.
