How you create impact
You will be part of the QuickSTAT APAC team, adding your expertise and leadership to drive commercial strategy, customer engagement, and business development across the region — with an initial focus on Singapore. Your primary objective is to grow key accounts, expand market share, and elevate customer satisfaction by delivering tailored logistics solutions for the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
What we would like you to bring
You will do this by leading strategic initiatives and coordinating business development actions, while focusing on the following key objectives :
To manage regional customer accounts and relationships across APAC, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
To develop and execute regional and account-level sales strategies, including account plans and pipeline management, to meet growth objectives.
To serve as a brand ambassador and represent QuickSTAT professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences within the region.
To proactively identify new revenue and margin opportunities, providing tailored solutions to key accounts, especially within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.
To initiate and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), participate in on-site client meetings, and address any critical account issues.
To mentor and support on-site reps in business development and ensure commercial efforts are aligned and profitable.
To coordinate cross-regional activities and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders globally to ensure unified commercial execution.
To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding operational needs and ensuring the right resources are in place.
To track and manage client engagement activities in the CRM system, ensuring documentation of meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
To conduct market research and provide insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and technology trends, contributing to informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
To support event planning and assess return on investment (ROI) for trade show participation, optimizing visibility and resource use.
To formulate annual budgets and deliver regular reporting on performance, forecasts, and business opportunities.
