Responsibilities

  • Communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
  • Develop and implement relationship management plans for potential customer accounts.
  • Build relationships with decision makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Represent the organization at business sector events and gather market intelligence.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products / services with clear rationale.
  • Collaborate internally and act as the customer champion in cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • University degree (First degree).
  • Experience in dealing with various situations and advising others.
  • Experience supervising and directing resources to achieve results within limited timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently and guide others in planning and organizing activities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to produce effective reports.
