Job descriptionAssist the sales team with client and partner relationships. Arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery. Prepare quotes and follow up on leads. Maintain shipment records and track shipments. Provide constant update to customers shipment status Help negotiate freight rates and service agreements. Provide excellent customer service. Support operations team with effective communications with customers
Requirements :
- Experience in sales, logistics, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
