ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop and roll out workplace-related AI tools on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Deliver new AI features and enhancements to support internal platform growth.
  • Contribute to global enablement efforts including tool governance and user training.
  • Participate in monthly sprint planning and review sessions to align goals and track progress.
  • Ensure compliance with internal technical and quality processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams using internal documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence).
  • Share regular updates during sprint and business review meetings.
  • Perform continuous integration and testing using standardized infrastructure and systems.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in AI development and deployment.
  • Experience with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience with development and deployment of AI features and platforms.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Atlassian Confluence.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance processes and large-scale enterprise systems.
  • Experience with AI generative tools.
  • Academic background : engineering schools in computer science or AI.
  • You have a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills, and you are eager to contribute in an international environment.
