- Deliver the highest standard of service in accordance with hotel operating policies and procedures.
- Prepare beverages and food garnishes accurately and efficiently.
- Efficiently carry and serve food and beverage orders from the kitchen to dining tables.
- Clear dirty dishes and glasses promptly and clean tables thoroughly after guests have finished their meals.
- Prepare itemized checks and process guest payments accurately.
- Clean and set up dining areas, including refilling condiments, rolling silverware into napkins and stocking service stations.
Guest Experience
Warmly greet guests, present menus and effectively communicate daily specials.Answer guest questions about menu items with confidence and accuracy.Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests.Financial & Administrative Support
Perform cashiering duties and / or closing procedures as instructed.Generate reports from the Point of Sale (POS) system on daily meal types served.
