Senior Research Engineer / Research Engineer (FAB Operation), IME

Job Description :

Be part of an exciting FAB Operations Team working on cutting-edge process technologies.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities :

• Operate multiple types of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily work / duties.
• Operate equipment based on required process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications).
• Participate actively and be responsible for assigned on-the-job tasks and trainings.
• Provide machine operation coverage and backup support when necessary.
• Understand equipment in-charge, monitor performance, and communicate with Engineers-in-charge for equipment error recovery.
• Demonstrate teamwork to execute process sequences and data collection.
• Follow safety protocols & rules in the Clean Room.
• Maintain 6S in the work environment and report hazards or abnormal activities.
• Identify potential improvements in wafer processing cycle time, equipment utilization, safety, compliance, and cost savings.
