Manage a team of HR staff and office administrators based in Singapore and Malaysia.
Responsible for full HR spectrum management including recruitment, compensation and benefits management, development of policies and employee remuneration package.
Partner MD and HODs to develop and implement HR policies, strategies and processes to retain and attract talent for our growing needs and improve manpower productivity.
Provide advice on employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace.
Conduct annual job grading, salary banding and annual performance evaluation.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, benefit compensation, reimbursement, monthly CPF contribution, yearly IR8A submission and govenment claims for local and overseas employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
Min 10 years of experience in HR and talent management
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including Foreign Work Pass regulations in Singapore and Malaysia
