The Job
- Provide strong leadership and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive efficiency and productivity enhancements.
- Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer requirements.
- Champion operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate daily activities and issue resolution with contract manufacturers.
- Collaborate with supply chain and purchasing teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
- Uphold workplace safety by enforcing health and safety policies and proactively identifying hazards.
- Lead staff development, training, and competency enhancement programs.
- Work closely with global affiliates on operational matters.
The Talent
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.At least 10 years of hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing.Proven track record of leading successful manufacturing operations.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.Strong production planning and materials management experience is preferred.Good working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.Strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
