Job description

Duties and responsibilities include :

  • Understanding written and verbal project briefs, and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets.
  • Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
  • Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency.
  • Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members.
  • Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required.
  • Addressing performance issues and scheduling meetings when required.
  • Motivating and inspiring staff members when tight deadlines approach and morale or energy is low.
  • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
  • Writing up reports and presenting findings to the relevant parties.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

Required Skills :

  • Digital Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in various digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of website development, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant technologies.
  • Leadership and Management : Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve technical and strategic challenges.
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High growth startup experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment (BONUS POINTS)
  • Experience in NFT / Blockchain Games
  • At least 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience in an international business environment which includes leading roles in developing, overseeing and managing projects
  • Strong track record in developing and executing strategies plans and initiatives.
