Duties and responsibilities include :
- Understanding written and verbal project briefs, and working alongside team members to develop plans, work schedules, and targets.
- Analyzing operations and providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement.
- Streamlining processes so that the business operates at maximum efficiency.
- Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members.
- Liaising with clients, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Updating work schedules and adjusting targets as required.
- Addressing performance issues and scheduling meetings when required.
- Motivating and inspiring staff members when tight deadlines approach and morale or energy is low.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
- Writing up reports and presenting findings to the relevant parties.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
Required Skills :
Digital Marketing Expertise : Proven experience in various digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of website development, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant technologies.Leadership and Management : Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve technical and strategic challenges.Qualifications and Experience
