Description

As our Account Manager, you will drive the success and growth of Axis Communications' Channel Partner Program (CPP) in Singapore. Your primary responsibility is to identify, onboard, and develop high-potential partners like system integrators and value-added resellers. You will be instrumental in nurturing these partners by providing continuous support through training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure they are well-equipped to represent Axis effectively in the market.

Acting as a bridge between Axis and its partners, you will leverage your deep product knowledge to help partners identify new opportunities and champion the Axis brand. We expect you to drive revenue growth in Singapore by conveying Axis's unique value proposition and fostering strong, long-term partner relationships.

This role is based in Singapore.

What will you be doing?

Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners with the Channel Partner Program (CPP), providing comprehensive daily support and guidance

Drive business growth in Singapore structured training, coaching, and educational support to channel partners

Develop and execute marketing activities for key partners alongside the marketing team

Coordinate and support Axis-led and distributor-led initiatives, including tradeshows and workshops.

Track and assess key focus partners' performance and growth trajectory.

Collaborate with partner-referred end-user accounts to develop strategic opportunities.

Handle inbound leads requiring face-to-face engagement in a timely manner.

Evaluate and document partner performance, highlighting improvement areas

Contribute to the regional team's success by supporting country-level targets and initiatives

Who you are?

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales position

Track record of reaching sales targets working through partners

Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer relationships

Driven and self-motivated team player

Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications

Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Able to build and maintain relations with customers

Exhibit good core values
