About the Role :
As our Client Service Officer, you will be the friendly and efficient first point of contact for our students and parents. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who interacts with our centre. This is a full-time position requiring availability on four weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) and one weekend day (Saturday).
Work Schedule : 1 Weekday + 1 Weekend
Weekdays (Monday - Friday) : 10.30AM - 7.30PM / 12 : 30 PM - 9 : 30 PM
Weekends : 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our tuition centre and the satisfaction of our students and parents, your responsibilities will include :
I. Student & Course Administration :
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
- Perform accurate data entry of student information and records.
- Maintain and update the student enrolment database.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining necessary documentation.
II. Customer Service & Communication :
Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents.Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and a service-oriented attitude.Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely fee collection.Establish and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing customers.III. Sales & Promotion :
Actively promote the organisation's programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.Assist and follow up with prospective or existing customers to introduce new subjects and courses.Work towards company sales targets and to maximise student retention.Provide support in marketing activities, such as drafting social media posts, assisting with email marketing, and updating website content.IV. Teaching Support :
Assist teachers with the preparation of teaching materials, including printing and photocopying materials, organising resources, etc.V. General Operations & Support :
Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the tuition centre.Coordinate and manage classroom schedules.Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.Undertake ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required.Skills & Requirements :
Singaporeans or PRs onlyMinimum 'A' Level certificationPrevious experience in administration, data entry, or customer service is preferredStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detailComfortable using various software, online platforms, and basic troubleshootingStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detailAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a teamDemonstrates a friendly, patient, and empathetic approach when interacting with parents and studentsHighly responsible and takes ownership of tasksAble to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in both English and Chinese (essential for effective communication with parents)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Locations : Eastgate @ Katong
