Job description

Job Title : Customer Service Officer

  • This position is open to interns

Job Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

  • Reply to customer messages, answer inquiries, and provide excellent service.
  • Handle customer complaints and suggestions, resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Record and organize customer feedback, analyze common issues, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Order Management :

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of order information.
  • Coordinate and follow up with runners to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.
  • Handle order changes and cancellations, maintaining effective communication with customers.
  • Data Recording :

  • Maintain customer information and order records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly compile and summarize customer service-related data to support business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in team training and meetings, share experiences and best practices to improve service quality together.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Education : High school diploma or above.
  • Experience : Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Skills :

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle emergencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Language :

  • Good command of both Chinese and English.
