Job descriptionReply to customer messages, answer inquiries, and provide excellent service. Handle customer complaints and suggestions, resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Record and organize customer feedback, analyze common issues, and provide improvement suggestions. Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of order information. Coordinate and follow up with runners to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately. Handle order changes and cancellations, maintaining effective communication with customers. Maintain customer information and order records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly compile and summarize customer service-related data to support business decisions. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner. Participate in team training and meetings, share experiences and best practices to improve service quality together. Education : High school diploma or above. Experience : Prior experience in customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills; patient, detail-oriented, and able to handle emergencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and high sense of responsibility. Good command of both Chinese and English.
