About the role

As the Area Manager, Travel Retail Southeast Asia, you will serve as a team leader, strategic business driver, skilled negotiator, and passionate brand ambassador. You will be accountable for developing key strategic partnerships with travel retail operators across your assigned markets, while driving sell-out performance at each point of sale to increase market share, elevate rankings, and enhance counter productivity throughout the region.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the brand's relationship with retail partners across multiple countries, ensuring strong visibility and brand presence within the travel retail environment.
• Collaborate with retailers to build and implement an annual joint business plan, aligning on strategic priorities and driving sell-out through brand equity, product launches, marketing activations, and calendarized initiatives.
• Deliver on annual sales objectives (sell-out and sell-in), manage inventory health, and optimize assortments in collaboration with retail partners.
• Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, manage A&P and trade operating budgets, and oversee the P&L to ensure strong profitability through effective cost control.
• Maintain precise sales forecasts and travel & entertainment (T&E) budgets to support business planning and execution.
• Safeguard brand image and integrity through consistent follow-up and flawless implementation at the point of sale.
• Lead and inspire a team composed of a Sales Executive, Retail Supervisors, and Perfume Consultants, ensuring strong field execution and engagement.
• Monitor and drive business performance by reviewing key KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews at both regional and door levels.
