Job Description :
- Handle bookkeeping accounts.
- Verification of supplier invoices and issue payments
- Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer payments
- Perform bank and other accounting related reconciliation
- Assist with GST preparation
- Maintain and update client database
- Handling other administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, handling courier, postage and banking duties etc
Job requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration or AccountingAble to work independently and as a team;Able to meet deadlines;Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills; andHave strong work ethicsPlease send your updated resume to hr@prestigepac.com if you are interested.
