Intern - Learning & Development

Responsibilities :

Learner management, including assist in registration, scheduling, communication and handling queries
Vendor management, including sourcing, coordinating
Learning logistics management, including : set-up training room / facilitiesmonitor and report on absenteesprovide support to instructors on logistic matters arrange printing of training materials
Virtual session production, including : set-up virtual training roommonitor and report on absenteesprovide support to instructors on logistic matters
Post course administration, including :
compiling and analyzing evaluation results
learning compliance check
arrange for make-up session
Conference / event support, including providing on-site support during external training events
Any other duties assigned

Requirements :

Background in Business or Human Resource
