Job description

Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of overseas blockchain products.

Job Responsibilities :

Product Planning and Design : Conduct in-depth market research on overseas blockchain markets, analyze user requirements, develop product strategies and roadmaps, and design blockchain products tailored to the needs of overseas users.
Project Management : Oversee the full lifecycle management of overseas blockchain projects, including requirements analysis, project planning, progress control, risk management, and team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, marketing, operations, and other departments to drive product development and market promotion, ensuring successful product implementation.
Overseas Market Expansion : Monitor industry trends in overseas blockchain markets, actively seek partnerships, and promote the company's products and brand in international markets.
Industry Research : Track blockchain technology and industry trends, conduct market analysis and competitive research to provide strategic insights for the company's product and technology development.

Job Requirements :

Over three years of experience as an internet product manager or project manager, with at least two years in the blockchain / crypto industry. Familiarity with blockchain technology, major public chains, and applications such as DeFi and NFTs.

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact fluently with overseas teams and partners.

Strong market insight and user requirement analysis capabilities, with the ability to accurately identify market trends and user pain points.

Proven project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to drive project progress and solve problems efficiently.

High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preference for candidates with overseas study or work experience.
