Admin Role Responsibilities :

  • Manage the calendar by coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Act as a liaison for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining professional communication
  • Offer support with personal tasks when needed

Requirements :

  • Minimally A Levels or a Polytechnic Diploma
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly
